Postage & Handling

At Louella DeVille I ship using Australia post. Please allow upto 4 business (Mon-Fri) days for your order to be picked packed and processed. Longer, if it is a handmade to order item.

I do not pack or process orders on weekends or public holidays. There is a small packaging and handling fee included for each postal charge. This is NOT signature delivery. Please remember I am only one person, and I process your orders from start to finish all by myself!

Please note that lost or damaged parcels are not covered by insurance and Louella DeVille will not be held responsible or liable as it is out of their control if delivery is confirmed via tracking.

International shipping is available and will be calculated based on cart value:flat rate fee. If your order weighs more than the calculated flat rate you will be liable for any further costs involved and you will be invoiced accordingly. All international parcels are sent using Australia Post STANDARD Delivery which includes tracking, and is therefor slightly more expensive. 

 

 

During high volume discount sales, I may charge higher flat rates. These prices will be reflected in the checkout. Free shipping offers will also not be applicable during sales, unless noted otherwise.

 

During free shipping promotions, your order may be sent via the cheapest option available. If you would prefer your item to send with full tracking, please ensure you choose that option at the checkout.

 

If you need to exchange your purchase, please note that all postage costs are to be covered by you. If a credit note is to be issued, any postage costs will not be included. Please see further info in the Returns & Exchanges page.

 

You may be provided a tracking number upon shipment of your item emailed to the address you used on your order.

Want to know the postage status of your order? Simply click the tracking number in your email and it will instantly take you to the tracking  website and advise the delivery status of your order. All tracking numbers can be copy/pasted to the websites for tracking. Please check the tracking before contacting me for a missing or delayed order.

 

Standard Australian postage times apply for all orders, and please note once the order is posted it is in the hands of Australia Post/Courier. I will not be held responsible for late, damaged or missing parcels. You can lodge a missing parcel complaint at www.auspost.com.au
